How do I get a SC Certificate?

Document required for obtaining SC Certificate Issue Registration

For obtaining a Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe certificates, please submit an application in prescribed format attested by the competent authority/officer along with:
  • Application Form
  • Copy of Ration Card / Copy of Voter Card / Name in the Voter List (one of them)
  • Report of regarding caste Patwari / MC / Sarpanch
  • In case of Women caste certificate before marriage
  • Self-Attested Certificate

Fee Details:
Total Fee  =   30 /-  Per Certificate

Note : The above fee will be deposited at E-Disha Counter against Cash Reciept

Applicant can know the status of his Application by simply enter his "MOBILE NO."
OR

Applicant can see the status of his application by giving the receipt no which was given to him on the top of the receipt at the time of submission of form.
